    Found Help for Kickboxing

    I love Cathe's workouts, but found KPC a little difficult in the moves. Someone suggested trying Kathy Smith's Kickboxing workout. It really helped! It's not quite the level of intensity as Cathe's, but I think with several go throughs I should be there! Thanks to whoever suggested that.

    Power Hour

    I just did Power Hours today for the first time in a long time. No ball, no bands just pure weights. I am always scared I am going to drop the barbell on my forehead during the last set of slow triceps. I swear, there is nothing left to prevent it!:-)

    Please Help .....I seem to Be Working Out Harder & Gaining Weight

    I have the same problem. I upped my intensity and amount of time and I still haven't lost anything, and I definitely am hungrier. I know it is in my eating, but I just LOVE food!!! I am down to wanting to lose about 7 lbs also. I can get there, but I have to severely restrict my calorie intake...

    What is your favorite color to wear?

    I look OK in any color except beige, tan or oatmeal. I love pink (makes me feel perky)and I tend toward a lot of black. But, I pretty much wear every color.

    Tummy looks great standing and sitting but.......

    Oh yeah, I have it too! People have even commented to me that my stomach is flat (definitely not like Cathe's or anything), so it's only doing push ups or planks. It does sort of look like my cat!
