im trying to come up with my own made up exercise rountine full body rountine ideas from anyone is appreciated . I have over two hundred workout dvds tired of flipping through the dvds in the morning i spend more time trying to figure out what workout im doing that day . :+
cathe im trying to make my own full body rountine at home how long do i warm up and do i stretch right after the warm up i know to stretch after the workout is complete . i dont want to hurt myself by doing things incorrectly thanks mary

stepper for 30 min and butts and guts i lifted lighter weights with more repetions yesterday for upper body strength made up my own quick rountine for upper biceps shoulders triceps back chest :+
thats why i want to to quikie muslce workouts in the morning at least i get something in and then if i have time ill do somecardio after that and still keep the muscles strong for when i decide to do a long hard workout . yes i and extremely busy even in my days off imm still trying to make up...
