im trying to come up with my own made up exercise rountine full body rountine ideas from anyone is appreciated . I have over two hundred workout dvds tired of flipping through the dvds in the morning i spend more time trying to figure out what workout im doing that day . :+

I don't know what kind of equipment you have, but if you want to PM me I can give you a breakdown of my routine & modifications based on what you've got.
 
Here's one suggestion for a bare-bones full-body workout.

warm-up doing rythmical movements at least 5 minutes.
1 set leg exercise (ie: squats)
1 set back (ie: barbell rows)
1 set chest (ie: barbell bench press)
Repeat

Repeat with different back/chest exercises

1 set different leg exercise (ie: lunges one or both sides)
1 set shoulders (ie: ovehead presses)
repeat 2x

1 set leg exercise (ie: step-ups or deadlifts)
1 set biceps
1 set triceps
repeat

repeat choosing different biceps/triceps exercises

abs

stretch
