    I afreee with Morningstar...your diet is healthy but largely carbs. Try 4-6 meals of greens plus lean protein...healthy fats like olive oil and avacado, nuts. Carbs like fruit and oatmeal around the time of the day that you work out. Make sure that a couple of times a week your weight workout...

    Congratulations....75 Quite Impressive...Kettle bells are the best. They force you to use your entire body...hip drive helps to improve your speed. You should tell anyone who will listen to you....definitely earned bragging rights!

    Shock Cardio Thoughts

    shock cardio Cathe gives us so many options for well rounded at home workouts. The shock cardio series is great for a time crunched effective fat burning workout. Nobody else has anything like it....not even my gym!!!

    Should I do a lower body workout?

    I would suggest doing a "total body" workout. If you have had a couple of days since the HIIT workouts, you could take a total body workout in and just use med - light weights for the "lower" portion
