    Faith: I have such a hard time myself with the points. I actually gained a pound the first week..I don't really use the points that much. I find if you eat a lot of fruit and veggies to begin with (which i do..) that having them not count for anything..well... what i do is enter my meals...

    How many days a week do you exercise?

    I tend to work out 6-7 days a week. I never plan a rest day and just take it when i need it. Currently i am doing sts 6 x a week (meso 1) as my weights and trying to get in 4 cardios (1-2 hour sesisons and 2-3 30-45 min) ones. I also try to get in abs 4-5x a week (but thats only 15 min...
