WW's AUGUST: Week of Aug. 15th

Goodmorning all..
Todays workout was sts chest week 2...i am really starting to dislike push-ups!:mad:

pace: Holy moly! i can't remember the last time i burned that many calories! great job! (of course after burning that many i would prob reward myself with chocolate;))

Barbara: I am used to doing push ups and can manage about 40 in a row on my toes...but in sts you do them after youhave done tons of other chest and shoulder exercises... by the end i am on my knees praying for the end:p

when you do intensity do you use 2 risers to get that whopping calorie count???
 
Waaah, I wanna get back to my previous fit me! I can barely eek out about 8 big girl push ups in a row w/o dropping to knees and then only if I am fresh, not fried.

Food has been sort of ok. I still intend to get and share the raw brownie recipe, I just keep missing my friend who makes them.

Today I did a 2 mile jog/walk during kid activities, and from 4DS- bootcamp, bi, tri, KB core.

I've now been working out consistently for 6 weeks, gone thru CTX a few times and 4DS a few times. What to do next week? Intensity series? Something with the High reps, Hiit, Intensity, STX Total body, LBB? All of those would still have a learning curve to them since they are new to me except 30/30 Hiit

Steph, I am with you on the choco rewards.

Edit, I decided on Intensity series, today I did PLB which I liked quite a bit. : )
