    I'm lucky. It takes me 2 minutes to walk to work. I leave home at 7:57 and I see my first patient at 8:00 (I give myself an extra minute to get things ready):) An hour seems like a long time but I guess it all depends on salary, benefits, etc.

    I totally agree with AYLE09! I'm with you, I would love to just keep going and skip rest days too but I want the best results possible and following the program as Cathe planned is the best way to get there. Besides, muscle is not built during the workouts but during the recovery. Good luck.
