    Help Me Pick a Series

I really like Xtrain and Ice. Great music, fun and so versatile.

    Legs and Glutes

While waiting for Lite, I went through all of my Cathe dvds in chronological order. Lots of fun! And you’re right some oldies but goodies!!! Right now I’ve been doing rotations with the newer workouts. But starting in the summer will probably try going in reverse order.

    Ice Revisited

I don’t have on demand. I wish there was a DVD with all the muscle meltdowns and blizzard blasts in one place. Plus some fun premixes using them.

    Link to Equipment??

Good question. I just bought the band she used in the Lite workout and what s difference. Really challenged me compared to what I owned.

    ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast

Started a Fit Split/Ice Rotation. The Blizzard Blast on this one is no joke!!! Those one legged Burpees really challenged me. Love the mix of weights and cardio. My favorite type of workout.

Strong & Sweaty or Fit Split

I like both. I’m thinking for heavier weights, S&S might be a better option. I can match or go slightly heavier with Lite. For S&S, I usually have to lift a little lighter especially for upper body. You can’t go wrong with either choice. I just finished a Lite and S&S rotation. Really enjoyed it!

Best workouts for working out anger/stress/sadness

My deepest condolences. Sending love during this difficult time. I am a step junkie. So they always boost my mood. Also think kickboxing workouts are a great option.

    Rev'd Up Rumble

For those who need to kick it up a notch (literally- Haha) with this workout—I just completed the premix with the calorie crush in the beginning and at the end and I also used my 2 pound dumbbells during the regular routine where appropriate. Definitely took it to another level!!!

Cathe Friedrich's LITE PHA 2 Workout

I’m also much more advanced cardio versus weights. The Lite series was perfect for me in this area. I can increase my weights slightly on the metabolic one but PHA 2 I use the same weights. I also have S&S. I actually got rid of the PHA workout because I found it too repetitive. But I love all...

Would you consider selling Cathe Live individual workouts as downloads??

I would love a compilation dvd with favorites or most used. I don’t have Live and it always looks like so much fun!

    Absolutely loving the Calorie Crushes!

Aww. Shucks. I would love them on one dvd too.

Cathe Live workouts individual downloads for sale option??

I would love a compilation DVD with some favorites or most used. I don’t have Live but they look awesome!

    Newbie

The calorie crush on cardio party is definitely one of the more difficult ones to start off with if you are new to Cathe. She doesn’t introduce you to the sequences so you need to just know her traditional step moves or practice lots :). I am a big fan of her step workouts. But it took me some...

Body Max 2 revisted - Woah!

I only own DVDs and not all of them. I think I had 85 in my collection at that time. Started around the end of summer and was done when Lite came out. It was lots of fun and I felt so accomplished.
