    I have the same flooring and use furniture gliders. Sometimes I have to spray a little pledge if they get too dusty and won’t slide.

    June 2019 Rotation

    I think you can work 2 days in a row because boot camp is usually lighter weights followed by the strength workout the next day which uses heavier weights for upper body. Then lower the next day with heavier weights again. Hope this makes sense.

    Low max

    When I was first learning Cathe step, I would practice her routines on my rest day. That way I could learn the combos because I knew I wasn’t going to be getting a good workout until I mastered them. Once you learn her basic moves and terminology, it is so much easier. Love her step workouts!
