My X10 DVD no longer works. Should I try Ripped with HIIT digital download to replace it? Or a different one?

I love x10! Not sure if you bought your original from the Cathe website. They have replaced DVDs for me that have had defects. It’s worth a try. They have the best customer service.

Does anyone own Body Blast series downloads?

Not sure about the music, but you might want to check about premixes if you like to use them. I don’t think they come with purchased downloads.

    ICE Muscle Meltdowns

I wish she put them on one separate DVD for the Ice Series. I never use them individually. I love how she did it for the Lite series.

    Where to Begin with Cathe

Is Step Boss considered Intermediate or Advanced?

I have 2 pound weighted gloves and 2 pound dumbbells. I sometimes prefer to use the dumbbells, like you, because I can put them down for certain moves. I also use them in the Lite series. I haven’t tried the weights for this series. Maybe I will when they come up again in my step lovers’ rotation.

Is Step Boss considered Intermediate or Advanced?

I know you mentioned step height. But I occasionally use three risers. Or like you said lifts/ jumps. I wonder if wearing weighted gloves would be doable and increase intensity. I remember asking Cathe What level it was— she did comment PHA would be considered advanced.

These new workouts are so much fun!

I don’t really have an answer for you. But I much prefer the last two PHA‘s because less repetition and the variety of exercises.
