    I've only done the upper, lower and total body DVDs so far. A generalization would be that this is an easier version of Lite: :) Usually only one round of exercises, lighter weights and less reps. The bonus disc work challenged me the most. Definitely an area I need to work on. The music is...

    Another New Poll :) Equipment Cathe has used in workouts, that you like to use in your workouts?

    I use my yoga blocks way more than I expected. More so in my Peloton workouts-Pilates, barre, strength, core and of course the yoga classes. I also have a bike and treadmill - I use one or the other 3-5x per week, depending on my rotation for the month.

    Same!!! I’m also liking the warm up to Boss Bands Total Body. I just did a rotation using this series. I feel like it really helps with mobility too.

    STS 2.0 Standing Abs Core+Floor & Foam Rolling Lower Body

    Just a little hack I use when I’m foam rolling my lower body. Especially if you have wrist or shoulder issues. I often use my yoga blocks to elevate, which really helps when doing calves and hamstrings.
