    Cathy :p Yes, go into your User CP it's to the right of the screen in the blue bar Select Edit Signature and you can delete all but one of them -- :D

    I think what you are asking is about the ticker's. They are new. I can use the same weight for narrow and regular squats. Stick that butt out is the key. ;)

    Yes, but, you can plug in any disc you like to do the update. You can also put in a ticker for weight loss and having a baby. I love the Cathe TV stuff! :)
