Hey, everybody! Sorry to be so sporadic with my posts - just been that kind of week!
Yesterday I did Disc #34 and was amazed at the weight I was using. (Especially 30 lb. for chest flies - that's unbelievable!) Two more and I'm done with my first STS rotation.
So today I did Rhythmic Step, and it was neat to realize how many moves were created out of this workout! It was never a favorite of mine, because I got it after my first baby was born and found it very frustrating - but I had fun with it today. Looking forward to Plyo Legs tomorrow.
Well, looks like I can pick up my Abs Diet book tomorrow - I can't wait!! I too shall be heading to the smaller waist-land, Beth! I think I can get the Stott DVD through Netflix, too! Isn't that cool? Try it before you buy it!
Joan, I completely understand about the wrist. There've been a couple times during STS that I had DOMS in strange places - today my forearms hurt, even to pick up a book and hand it to my little girl in the back seat! Just take it easy with it, you know the drill, I'm sure, as we all do!

Cathy, I don't know how to use the font stuff either, so don't feel bad. I still chuckle about the STS ticker yesterday - don't know why, but that just strikes me very funny!
