I'm sending out the smaller waist vibes!!!! :):)I know it is working for me and now my friend who is getting ready for her daughter's wedding is doing the pilates as well. We are also still rocking along with STS. Today, was the second plyo legs-- WOW!!!! I love jumping (as long as no one is watching)

Joan, I hope your wrist is better- I never had the wrist issue, but I did get a bit of a tennis elbow from the first time I did the heavy weights- that was miserable but did eventually go away.

I did Push Circuit 2 today--I just barely got through it. :eek: I must have used the right weights, because I was toasted pretty good by the time I got to the last exercise. I'm looking forward to what it will be like with that 1RM concept. I think. :confused:

Hi everyone,

Today was the start of babysitting. I am worn out and still haven't done anything yet. I still don't know what I did with my wrist. It's better but I'm trying to use left hand for today.

Cathy I just realized that for squats we were using dumbbells instead of barbells on shoulders. I wonder if that doesn't make a difference with balance.

Magnolia you almost have me talked in to buying dvd. I want the smaller waist too.

I'll come back later if I get a wo done.

Hey, everybody! Sorry to be so sporadic with my posts - just been that kind of week!

Yesterday I did Disc #34 and was amazed at the weight I was using. (Especially 30 lb. for chest flies - that's unbelievable!) Two more and I'm done with my first STS rotation.

So today I did Rhythmic Step, and it was neat to realize how many moves were created out of this workout! It was never a favorite of mine, because I got it after my first baby was born and found it very frustrating - but I had fun with it today. Looking forward to Plyo Legs tomorrow.

Well, looks like I can pick up my Abs Diet book tomorrow - I can't wait!! I too shall be heading to the smaller waist-land, Beth! I think I can get the Stott DVD through Netflix, too! Isn't that cool? Try it before you buy it!

Joan, I completely understand about the wrist. There've been a couple times during STS that I had DOMS in strange places - today my forearms hurt, even to pick up a book and hand it to my little girl in the back seat! Just take it easy with it, you know the drill, I'm sure, as we all do!

Cathy, I don't know how to use the font stuff either, so don't feel bad. I still chuckle about the STS ticker yesterday - don't know why, but that just strikes me very funny!
