50 and over week of Aug 9 check in

Jann, I'm sending you good travel vibes. You're going this week, I'm going next week....but we'll both be back on the 24th! Have a great time.

Just going to quickly say that I did Disc #35 today, as well as Total Body Stretch, Stability ball stretch #1. Had fun with the plyo legs, just wanted to enjoy my final STS Plyo workout. So I needed the stretch for sure!

Didn't get all my shopping done, so we may go again tomorrow - yes, I'm a glutten for punishment.

WHEW!! incredibly busy day yesterday. did get in disc 22. i barely made it through. i must be really tired cuz it was really TOUGH!! i am really glad this is the last week. i'm ready to be done. i am wore out. this has been a very busy week and we also have a super busy weekend coming up. so, i may not be on here for quite a few days. see ya next week if not before. have a great weekend.

Hi, Y'all!

Just finished Push Circuit 3, and 1 segment of Ab Hits. I would have done a segment of Total Body Stretching, but I was just worn out by the end of the ab segment.

Got another paper to write this week. Still planning to finish out my last week of the Push Phase, then it's on to some cardio stuff. I'm getting more pumped about STS now. I've read your comments now for a while, so now I'm curious.
