    Please please please help!

    I had this issue too and we found a time that would work for both of us when I would use the treadmill. I also made a "sandwich" of insulation--I used a rubber mat on the floor with plywood in the middle, then another rubber mat on top of that. Seemed to help a lot with noise and vibration.

    I really like kale in soups, but I just made kale chips (kale with olive oil and salt baked until crispy) and something about the intense/concentrated smell made me gag. Strange. I had to throw them away. I was so looking forward to this after all the rave reviews I read. :(

    Need help with hemming workout pants!

    I LOVE the heat-n-bond hem tape!! I've used it on everything from workout pants, jeans and scrub pants and I've never had a problem with it, even after 40 times in the washer/dryer. This stuff holds up and is quick and easy! :D
