    That's me exactly, Becky. I think I only sleep well 1 of every 7 days. Makes those tough STS days even harder. I don't want to resort to pills, but a full week of 6-7 hrs of sleep would be ever so nice.

    Cathe, or educated forum friends...

    You know, I never even considered the question before. Pyramids are one of my favorite workouts. I just did them--often upper and lower body the same day. Always felt great after. I'll miss them till I finish this STS rotation :)
