    I am glad you posted that! I am going to try it. I keep sugar free nonfat pudding mixes around to keep me AWAY from the PM bowl of ice cream. There are some good flavors out there. If I could find a sugar free nonfat peanut butter pudding mix, I would be a happy camper. Jen
