Thickening up a protein shake

Maybe somebody already mentioned this here but I got the info from a friend I work with. She got the scoop from WW Core plan.

Add a couple of tablespoons of no sugar added, non fat pudding mix to your protein drink. It thickens it up and makes it more yummy. I added this to my drink on my cheat day but I'm thinking I'll make it a standard. Not exactly clean but so worth it!
 
I am glad you posted that! I am going to try it. I keep sugar free nonfat pudding mixes around to keep me AWAY from the PM bowl of ice cream. There are some good flavors out there. If I could find a sugar free nonfat peanut butter pudding mix, I would be a happy camper.
