How Awesome is Kick, Punch, Crunch?

I do! And I also love Legs and Glutes too. I love when she kicks off her shoes at the end of that one.

    DVD question

I have RWH and X Train, and find the fun factor is much higher with X Train while RWH is much more advanced. So I really enjoy the 90-day X Train rotation, but feel quite worn out after 30 days of RWH. I feel both have a place in my fitness program, but if I was only going to get one, it would X...

What is your goal/New Year Resolution for 2016?

I too want to work on improving my eating habits (my danger time is 2 to 4 pm!) because I really want to lose 5 pounds THIS YEAR! On the fitness front, I want to be able to do the RWH Lower Body Circuit and Step Plyo HIIT on two risers instead of one. Now that I have ICE, I am going to try the...

Calorie counts not showing when adding workouts to Workout Manager

Thank you so much! I told her I would get an answer very quickly!

Calorie counts not showing when adding workouts to Workout Manager

I am introducing a friend of mine to the wonderful world of Cathe, but after creating an account for her and showing her how to add workouts and rotations to the Workout Manager calendar, all of her workouts show 0 calories. She is using Chrome, but so do I and I have never seen this behavior...

Hard Strikes as a Christmas Gift

I really love the entire X Train series, although I have to say my favorite workout from the set is ether Cardio Leg Blast or All Out Low Impact HIIT. But Hard Strikes is right there. Just those push up/ankle grabber sets are so hard... [emoji4]

    ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast

I have been traveling pretty much since my disks arrived, and won't get home until 12/29, so have only been able to try one workout so far: Rock 'em Sock 'em. But I did do the tricep muscle meltdown, which I really enjoyed: a giant set of 5 exercises, each repeated 12 times for 3 sets. I know...

    rock'em sock'em ROCKS

I just finished this one too...just the workout and core because of time limitations...and it was fantastic! I did Afterburn yesterday plus a 5k on the treadmill, so was looking for something fun but not too intense (my legs were tight and a bit sore), and as usual, got a better workout than I...

    To The Mat L&G+MM Shoulders+Icy Core 2

I am traveling now, and am hoping to have an early present in the mailbox when I get home. I just wanted to second your comment about mat work...I too do not do enough. I did Great Glutes yesterday and feel the workout is toughest once you head to the floor.

CTX Leaner Legs is why Cathe is a Legend!

I finally did this one today for the first time (I am really late to the Cross Train Express party), but I do have many Cathe lower body workouts, and am always amazed that all are so challenging in different ways. I find the floor work in Butts and Guts very difficult (especially those evil...

    Cardio & Weights workout

Also, if you are ok with step, then I can really recommend Cardio and Weights, Low Impact Circuit, and Body Max 2. All have cardio, weights, and abs, with premixes to combine them in different ways. Also, Step, Pump, and Jump combines step, floor aerobics, and weights plus abs.

calorie burn with Fitbit charge HR

I use a Fitbit One and love the step and floor tracking, but I also have a Wahoo Chest Strap for my Cathe workouts, and the calorie counts are amazingly close to the calorie burns lists on the Cathe Workout Manager. I also enjoy the burn and burst counts Wahoo supplies. But still, I must try to...

I'm back and need shoe suggestions!

This is a tough topic, because shoes don't seem as well made as they were 10 years ago. I will say I have had luck with Nike Free shoes aided by some ankle support neoprene wraps I bought from target. My husband also told me that he was told tennis shoes are a good option for cross training. I...

Rockout Knockout - such an amazing workout!

Yes, the music is so fun in this one. I really like the soundalike approach, even though it has some detractors. (This is when I would like to see a "poll of the month" on the Cathe site...I would be interested to see what others think of soundalikes and many other topics: nutrition, favorite...

ICE Boot Camp Circuit Video Clip

I love when the weights are given. Not that I can match Cathe all the time, but it gives a sense of what is coming. Thanks for taking that extra step!
