MODIFY MODIFY.....It's pretty easy to modify any Cathe workout....even taking it to the floor will give you a great heart pump on those days when high energy just isn't possible. I live in a mobile home and never jump off the ground on any of her workouts. There is always a modification...

Where is the JaeGirl..... These workouts are FANTASTIC.....and Deez is just the greatest.... But, I Miss Jae :o)

I turned 54 last week. I plan on lifting until I absolutely can do it no longer. That'll be a long time from now. I'm so grateful for Cathe....she makes working out fun!!! :)

Cathe is copyable It does take some time, but the CATHE DVD's I have are copyable - for my own personal use. I always make a copy to put in the safe - just in case something happens....break, burn, melt....whatever. Once they are copied....I save them to an external hard drive. Of...
