* 40 extreme mountain climbers
* 20 Alt single arm DB snatch (15#)
* 10 Turkish getups (10#)
* 10 full pushups
* 10 burpees
* 10 tricep pushups
DOMS: arms, back, shoulders! Today will probably be a run or T25 core cardio ...
