    Another night of insomnia!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I don't know if this applies to you, but I always get this issue during TTOM (few days before its due). I am up at 3 AM, I try to stay in bed and usually after 2-3 hours I would fall a sleep again. Very very frustrating. Next day I feel the impact and feel so tired.

    STS CHECK IN DISC 19

    Disk 19 issues

    Thanks, I just did this workout and figured out the same thing, the increase was .5 lb which is too small for the WM to show, I just added the weighted gloves and this solved the problem.
