    I just went over and bought #14 and #20. I figured most of the ones I have are 30 minutes except #5 which is marathon training so I havent done that one. But I need the longer ones for more endurance training.!!

    try #13 OMG!!!!! I have done this 2x and it kicks my butt!! It only 30 minutes but I swear I worked and hour. I am also addicted to these workouts now. Now though I have to go check #14 out and might have to buy it. thanks!

    Is it worthwhile to take a Vitamin B supplement?

    I noticed a difference with them also, especially with depression around that time of the month. I just bought them at walmart 150 mg of all the b vitamins in one pill only.
