I even have a program called ISO recorder that I use to create dvd images (from the dvds I own) that i can play from my pc to my media player to my tv instead of having to use my dvd player...for instance I did slow and heavy legs today then I switched right over to butts and gutts leg presses...

I was doing another workout series (non Cathe) and the fast pace tweaked out my lower back for the past month. I decided to do my first rotation of S&H (ever) to slow things down and I am on day TWO and my lower back does not hurt anymore :D and it was killing me Sunday.

Yes please! I love having downloads instead of dvds since I can store them on my external hard drive and watch them on my media player :) Much easier than swapping out dvds. Only downside is no premixes but I rarely do premixes anyway :)
