    I agree, I don't think you can fake a soft side, but you can try to tone down the tough side.     best looking legs: STS pylo or squat rack?

    The weighted vest allowed me to use more weight. Without a squat rack it was difficult, if not impossible to get heavier weight up, over & onto my shoulders, but w/weighted vest, I could go heavier.

    I think it's personal preference. I usually workout in pants or capris; sometimes shorts but rarely. I've found that with Cathe's workouts, I'm drenched no matter what I wear.

    Kangoo Jumps Anyone??????

    I haven't tried them but it looks fun & looks like it would be less impact on the joints, but I don't know if I'm coordinated enough to manage this. I can trip just on a step routine; can't imagine with kangaroo, jumpy thingy on my feet.

    Lent

    I gave up all sweets. The toughy is doing without chocolate, but DH & I do this every year. This year I've also given up making any charges on my credit cards; not an easy thing for me since I love to shop on-line but I'm determined to put my credit cards on a 40 day diet.

    anybody ever sneeze?

    Same here Pam & Della; no sneezing but definitely use up plenty of tissues; but then my nose gets runny when I eat or with hot beverages so I have to carry plenty of tissues & have tissue boxes around my house. Don't know what causes it.
