    ha! spyrosmom you are so right! There is a difference between hunger and appitite I always ask my self: oh you want (fill in blank) well if you are so famished then you will enjoy a chicken breast. If a chicken breast sounds good, then I know I'm hugry.

    Insanity VS STS 3 Pylo legs

    ya know....I was having a really hard time with plyo legs but conversly I really enjoy insanity and feel great when I'm done. The whole day of plyo I'm wrecked, and good for nothing. No ideas why. I don't want to get too excited (don't know if its a freak loss that will come right back)...

    Meso 2/Week 2/Legs

    I had a difficult time with legs for 2 week on meso 2 and one week of meso 3. I had to split the workout up on 2 different days. I also was unable to do cardio for those 2 mesocycles. Now TODAY i completed the whole leg workout and have included insanity for my cardio 2 times this week...

    thanks for your reply I just did the first disk and I am not as wiped as I thought I would be. I'm not as crazy as you are to do 2 in one day. You must be super fit! Nothing has killed me as much as ply legs! Cathe Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! still I think the addition on the cardio will lean me...

    that is why i stick to it.....cuz realistically no pair of jeans is worth this torture. I feel so accomplished when I'm done (endorphins dont hurt either) amd then when I'm playing with the kids or unloading a costco trip I love that I'm not totally wiped:D

    Just got my insanity in the mail. I was lured by the promise of results and all the raves on this forum. I am in meso 3 and really starting to see some results now!!! If you mixed sts and insanity how did you do it? How many times a week? How did you progress to the other dvds..ect...
