    52 Year Old Body

What about Cathe's new step workout? I don't have it yet but from what I've read about it, it may be right for you. For the record, I'm 45 and consider myself high intermediate low advanced but I can't do a lot of the higher impact moves so I modify by doing them on a rebounder. It makes...

    Terminator?

I love this DVD. I have the entire Intensity Series and didn't pre-order and ended up paying full price for this DVD and have no regrets. I consider myself a high intermediate/low advanced exerciser. I can get through most of Cathe's advanced cardio, with modifications. This is an...

    Avoiding Bootcamp

I do all the high impact on a rebounder. Purchasing a rebounder has made all of the high impact moves in Cathe's workouts doable.

Any advanced exercisers ordering the new ones?

Thanks everyone. I'm going to order. I actually "found" some money. Well, not really but my car was paid off this month and apparently, I overpaid a small amount and received the check today. Guess what the money is going to be used for? You guessed it. I was looking at the description...

Any advanced exercisers ordering the new ones?

I read the pre-mixes on the step and strength workout and it looks like it would be fun and a good intermediate workout. I didn't order any of the other beginner workouts but these look intriguing. I was perfectly happy to wait for future Cathe workouts but I'm considering this one. Any...

Prevention magazine's published recommendations dumping strength moves

RE: Prevention magazine's published recommendations dum... bumping. I too, would like to hear your reply. Personally, I have strong abs, and I feel crunches still work for me. I still feel the burn after many of the crunch seqences in Cathe's workouts. I also like doing Chest flies...

    SNM or Cathe

Not meaning to jump the gun, but is another advanced workout planned for the next release? Thanks.

seriously, do people really not like kickmax?

I love Kickmax. I like the way it is chaptered and the pre-mixes are great too. I love the blasts as add ons to other workouts. I enjoy the kicking and punching combos and the leg drills are different. It's a different workout for Cardio Kicks and Kick/punch/crunch so you don't feel like...

    muscle endurance/ muscle max

I have them both and love them both. They are different workouts. I like the band work in Muscle max and I find I can use heavier weights in that workout. Ofcourse, Muscle endurance is one of my favorite workouts - especially that muscle endurance/bootcamp combo.

    STABILITY BALL VIDEO

The ab work in Pyramid Upper body also uses the stability ball and the lower body floor work in Pyramid Lower body uses it too. The Hardcore GS Legs floor work uses the stability ball too.

    Terminator vs Hardcore Extreme.........

I use the termintor more. The Intensity Series is my absolute favorite series and this workout allows me to do three intensity workouts at a time. These workouts also have weight training. To be honest, I haven't played around with the Hardcore Extreme DVD that much. It's waiting there for...

    Terminator

You need to buy this one. It's my favorite because I love the intensity series and this DVD lets me do one workout that combines them all, except for the pyramids.

Is combining GS w/ S&H's okay?

Can I ask a question regarding GS? I'm just currently mixing and matching certain GS exercises. I'm loving those dropset pushups - I'm really gaining strength! Next month I'd like to try a more formal rotation - I was thinking: 1 day - GS Chest - etc. 2 day - legs 3 - the other...

    Max Intensity Cardio opinion

I've only done the entire workout once and that was skipping the challenge at the end. Usually, I just do the floor workout - on the rebounder, as an add on to a weight workout. I feel that is enough for me.

    imax 2 or 3?

The Imax2/C&W is one of my favorite Cathe DVD's. Imax2 is so fun.

    Body Blast Timesaver DVD

I love the Timesaver #5 - it's a great leg workout - most of L&G, all the ankleweight and floor work of L&G, the lower body work of SJP, some extra footage and abs. Perfect I think it's a good DVD if you want a sample of the Bodyblast series but not the entire series. You don't get...

**---> What is your fav older step video?<--**

Well, I just did Stepheat for the first time in a while and really enjoyed it. But, everytime I do an older Cathe, I smile so I can't come up with a favorite. Maybe the Wedding tape because it got me into condition to complete more complicated Cathe workouts.

Imax 2 and other folk's workouts

I agree. Imax2 is my favorite. I have other aerobic workouts besides Cathe but when I'm in a slump and need my A--kicked or just need some motivation or plain fun, I put in a Cathe cardio workout.

Looking for workout similar to The FIRM

The high step workout from the Hardcore Series is very Firm Like. I remember thinking that to myself when I was doing it. It also has some great pre-mixes to make the workout shourter.
