    I think Supersets and Pushpull are total body workouts under 60 min. Also, You probably could use the timesave by one day combining all the upper body weight segments and the next day doing the leg workout - #5. You could mix and match cardio segments to make an aerobic workout the length...

    I don't use weights for the lower body either. Sometimes, I'll add a 3lb ankle weight for floor work. I find that with my bodytype, stepping, lower body work -standing and floor, without weights, along with yoga, keep my lower body toned and tight, but not bulky.
