CARDIO COACH...Which One?

I have a recumbent bike and want to get one, possibly two, Cardio Coach workouts. Which one(s) would you recommend and why?

They get more intense from volume 2-4 which I have. More time spent in the high end of your aerobic zone. I think volume 5 will be even harder. I do intend to purchase it as well.

I have all five volumes and I do them on the bike and the rebounder.

Just a word of warning.... all the volumes have sprints and hills but vol 2 is all hills.

These are the only workouts that I can stand to do on the bike. I did a rotation where I alternated them with Cathe cardio and it was intense.
