    32nd time doing Circuit Max

    I haven't done Circuit Max in a while. I remember when I got it, years ago, I was not ready for it and I couldn't even use the weights! The last time I did this one, I went light. Now I think I'll do this one in the near future to see how heavy I can go now.

    Body Blast Series or Cross Train Xpress

    I vote for Bodyblast. I love the Bodyblast series. I had a couple of the CTX workouts and I just didn't care for them. Although they are great workouts, they didn't have the fun factor for me. I also have the Timesaver DVD and I use do use it, even though I have the entire Bodyblast series.
