Melclear - How does Slow and Heavy build definition? I don't have this series and I always thought it was for strength. I am very interested in strength and definition and am on the fence as to get this one because I do have P/S and Gym styles and most everything else. Should I get it?

I posted this at Ask Cathe but maybe it belongs here. Can I sub in the Hardcore series for the slow and heavy series in rotations? I just don't have the cash right now for another series. Thanks.

This looks great. I'm currently doing the Jan. rotation and loving it. I'm even thinking of doing the Jan. rotation with some strength substitutions next month, but as we get closer to summer I think I'll try your rotation.:)

What is this workout like? I don't have it. Is it high impact? I find that I can't do lots of high impact anymore unless I can modify it to the rebounder.

They are nice. I usually don't pay attention to the covers but these are awesome.
