In the spirit of the updated 16 week Fat Loss Rotation, I came up with a few updated Tank Top Rotations, maybe alternating the two each week...

Mon--CTX Upper Body
Tues--Gym Style Legs
Wed--Gym Style Shoulder, Biceps and Triceps + LIC cardio premix
Thur--KPC
Fri--Muscle Max
Sat--IMax2
Sun--rest or yoga

Mon--PUB
Tues--Butts&Guts
Wed--PS Shoulder, Biceps and Triceps + BM2 cardio premix
Thur--Cardio Fusion or Drill Max cardio premix
Fri--Muscle Endurance
Sat--IMax3
Sun--rest or yoga
 
This looks good Stacy! I have yet to do the Tank Top Rotation. Maybe I will give it a try one of these days.

This looks great. I'm currently doing the Jan. rotation and loving it. I'm even thinking of doing the Jan. rotation with some strength substitutions next month, but as we get closer to summer I think I'll try your rotation.:)
