    Kickbox workout

    Cathe, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful and energizing workout Kickbox was for me. I love the energy I put into it and the energy and relaxation I get out of the workout when I'm done. Could you please create more kickbox-type workouts? Thank you!

    Classics volume 1 DVD

    I checked the first combo section again in Step Heat and realized it is a DVD chapter break. Originally this was a VHS workout and when transferring it to DVD, they had to add a chapter break which causes a momentary freeze in the picture. Is yours like that also?

    S.O.S..........

    Donna My step is also showing the same problem. I've used crazy glue to glue down the mat edges. It seemed to work fine. I got to take the time and glue down the rest of the edges. Just use a small amount of glue.

    Muscle Vs Fat

    Hi Muscle does weigh more than fat. You can be muscular and weigh 125 and compare that to someone who's 125 but not muscular. The non-muscular 125 pound person will look fatter than the muscular 125 pound person. Having muscle is great but you can eat more without gaining weight.
