I'd be interested to see what you come up with. I had been thinking of doing an STS or STS 2.0 rotation with these mixed in. Actually could even go old school with slow and heavy...the wheels are turning.
I liked this one too. Not one for ab work outs usually for the same reasons already mentioned. Too many crunches and bicycles. But this metabolic one was really good.

Gotcha. Some one did say somewhere it looked like it started with Total Body based on the clip so either that specific post was taken down or we're not seeing the post they are referring to because the only one on rotation I can find says nothing about the workouts at all.
I'm bumping this because I'm doing my 1RM over to start STS again and was looking for a comprehensive list of the exercises to test. This looks like it might be it! Thanks, Chris!

It looks like the Workout cards for the Lower Body start at Chapter 6 yet there are squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc before that. Am I missing something or is it missing in the pdf? Thanks!!
I have those gliders and I love them. Prior to them I used the paper plate method. It worked but I like the discs better. Hopefully they will be included in the next batch of equipment!
