    I started the 30 day cardio/strenght Xtrain. OH MY!!! I am in no where near as fit as you guys... Did the first two day and had to take two days off because of the DOMS...OMY!!!! :eek: Feel better today so starting with day 3. I do like the XTRAIN!!!!

    Nutri Bullet? - does anybody own one?

    I just bought one too and really like it. Just starting to figure it out. The smoothies I have made were pretty good. Starting to experiement with the ingredients. Does anyone have some good recipes for it? Krista

    Anyone get results with Brazilion Butt Lift?

    I have a flat booty. Asking does this really work? I have about 30 pounds to loose. But with the weight loss wondering if I will go from flat butt to no butt at all. Looking to see if this really works or if anyone has other suggestions? Thanks all. Krista:o

    Wish there was a computer program....

    where you could put in all your workout dvd's and it would tell you which one to do for your level and goals. That would be nice!!!!!:) Then I would not have to think about which one to do. ( I know there are rotations that can be looked at.)

    Thank you all for taking the time to respond to this discussion. I appreciate all of your viewpoints. I have done Basic Step and Body Fusion so far and I can't tell you how my attitiude had improved. You are all right!!! I just have to take the time to do it. I am going to look into those...

    Thank you all for your relpy. You all have some great advice for me. I just have to "just do it", rather than think about doing it all day and not getting it done. lidavh2...maybe that is why I have been in a slump cuz when I did work out, it wasn't consistant and tried to change my diet but...
