    I vote for this tape to be at least 60 minutes. I would like the speed to fall between Slow & Heavy and the PS Series. Meaning not as slow as S&H and not as fast as PS. My husband is really excited about this one and the Boot Camp. Terri

    CTX--Hip-hip hooray!!!!!

    I agree with you guys. The DVD makes all the difference in the world because of the endless combinations of work outs. I am currently doing the upper body split and I love adding on the ab section at the end of my work outs. In the future I will puchase all DVD because of the flexibility. Terri
