What weight range do you use? I am going to do C&W now in a little while , when my breakfast settles.Do I need to have 20lbs on hand?

Good Morning Everyone,
I'm off to a slow start today. GRRR tax time! It usually takes me about 2 weeks to get this done. I procrastinate alot as you can tell. LOL
Anyway, I will probably just do walking and abs today. At least just work the lower body (PLB). My biceps are still achy from yesterday's PUB. This series must really be working, right? :D

Donna, let us know how you did with upping your weights in C&W and what weight you used.
I'm pretty well stuck for the time being, using 8,10,12 and 15#s.

I'll check back in this afternoon.

Well, when I got to my workout room and looked at my videos, which one do you think I would pick? An easy one? Oh no!! I told myself this morning that I would just walk, but...I put Boot Camp in the VCR. :D :D
Can you girls do the side plank with the 8# ball on your side? I hope to try it with a 1# ball the next time, but I'm still having trouble with the feet placement. I need to stabilize with one foot in front. Guess I have to practice that move some more.
I kept my BB at 25#'s. On a more energy day I will up it to 30 and 35#'s.

Now back to taxes. Have a fun workout day.

Well upping the weights was so not a good idea! :)

It worked fine for the first weight section (shoulders), I used 12's for the upright rows, overhead presses and side lat raises, but then I had slightly less energy for cardio round #2, so I dropped back to my normal weights for triceps 10's and 12's, and tried going back up again for biceps using 15's. MISTAKE! I was all but dragging on the 4th cardio cycle! So clearly, for me at least, moderate weight is best for C&W, so I'll go back to using my range of 10's, 12's and 15# for the back work and chest work. I might even throw in my 8's for some shoulder work! :)

Well I felt much better this morning after taking yesterday off. Not sure what happened with me but I was extremely tired. I tackled PLB this morning and did the whole thing. I tell you though I have a lot of work to do with the stability ball. Last time I did the tape I did quite well, this morning was a different story. I had to use the step for most of the hamstring workout. The inner thigh workout was a burning. Hope everyone had a good workout.

I'm going to do PLB later this afternoon. I like how this tape works your inner thighs, even though it is tough going for now.

How did the lunch go with your parents? It is hard when the child has to be the parent isn't it? I had to plead with my Dad to walk on the treadmill after his Stent surgery.:D

Hello everyone!

Just joining in on the Total Body Blast. I did Boot Camp this morning and it did feel slightly easier but I still felt sore from PUB yesterday. I was thinking I might have to add a rest day or cardio day in between PUB and Boot Camp. Anyone else feel like this? My chest is mostly sore from PUB.

I've just finished up my day by doing PLB and Imax2. Tomorrow is Cardio & Weights. I think I'll take Donna's advice and not up my weights. :p
What is the smilie 3rd one on the 4th row? (Blondes can ask stupid questions.) :D

I was totally into yesterday. I did PLB in the morning and PUB in the evening.
This morning I did 10-10-10 cardio. Saturday is my BootCamp day.
Have a great weekend everyone, I probably won't be able to get back on today, way too busy at work

I'm getting ready to do Cardio & Weights. I love this tape. Have I said that before? :p My plan is to do Cardio Kicks later on. I'll check in later for an update.

Donna, are the bicep exercises getting any better by now? Do you think if we threw in SH's Tricep Bicep tape, it would strengthen the biceps faster, or do you think we will eventually get stronger biceps by being patient with this rotation?

I do find that I don't have to sit down to lift the 15#ers as was the case the first time. I'm lifting for all the reps now, but still have to pause between the 12 and the 15. In Muscle Endurance I could do them with 20# but the last couple of sets were a stretch to lift that BB.

Hi Guys!

I haven't checked in a while due to everyone in my house being sick!

I'm in week three PLB and Imax for today. Cardio and weights was soooo much fun yesterday. That tape just flies! The cardio segments are fun, fun, fun!!

We need a new thread - this is getting too long!!

Hey guys! I know there is a new thread but I havent posted for this last week.

Good week for me - I really feel like my endurance is better

Sun - rest
Mon - Lean leg
Tues - cardiokick
Wed - circuit max
Thurs - Imax
Fri - circuit mas
Sat - cardiokicks

This week I'm either doing ctx - or power hour2/imax/lean leg/2 cardio

Glad everyone is enjoying the new series so much
