Can I do the FIRM (or any other tape using light weights with cardio) on a daily basis ?

Yes you can. Each one focuses on a little different area. Just be sure to listen to your body. It'll let you know if you're overdoing!=)

Absolutely. I do a Firm/Cathe rotation and take one rest day a week (okay, busted sometimes 2 rest days if I don't feel like working out).
