    PUB biceps...omg!

    Oh yeah I can relate. I also am lifting heavier than Cathe until it comes to the biceps. I use the same weights as she does, but I don't lift with ease like her. I feel like crying every time I come to that part of the DVD, but then I get happy because it is the last exercise. Terri

    Husband In Love With Cathe
