    I also noticed that I was sweating really really bad yesterday when this happened. I tried tonight after making sure I ate more today and could not even make it through a easier cardio dvd of Cathe's. I just said the He** with it, I better just take off.     I think that might be it. I hadnt eaten since early in the morning and just had a snack in the afternoon. And yes I have felt this way on occasions, It is a awful feeling in fact I'm still not feeling the best today.

    I was viewing the dvd's for Insanity and noticed the DVD for Pure Cardio and Cardio ABs is really confusing it jumps from one section to another it doesnt seem right. Has anyone else noticed this or is it my DVD?

    Well I did the first workout and I thought I was in good shape but OMG!! I had to take more breaks then they did but my heart rate never seemed to slow down. My the end I had a pain in my lower stomach don't know why. I'm scared to look at the other workouts!! lol

    Thanks for your input, I agree I felt empowered just completing the fit test. I don't think I could handle doing his workouts everyday though especially with my current sts 6 month rotation!

    I'm doing the 6 month sts rotation, and currently on my first week of Meso 3. Did most of you ladies do Meso 3 for 4 or 8 weeks and what benefits would I get from doing Meso 3 8 weeks? Thanks for any input. Lori

    Well I just did it using the wrist weights which I have done with other DVDs of Cathe's, but about 15 minutes through I started to get really shaky and sweat was pouring off me so I stopped for a couple minutes and took the weights off and finished the tape. But have to say I felt pretty crappy...

    I was going to do Low impact circuit premix #1 and thought to burn more calories and keep my heart rate up I would wear cathe's 2lb. wrist weights. I would use a higher step but my knees cant take it. Do you think wearing the wrist weights burns more? Thanks, Lori
