Well I just did it using the wrist weights which I have done with other DVDs of Cathe's, but about 15 minutes through I started to get really shaky and sweat was pouring off me so I stopped for a couple minutes and took the weights off and finished the tape. But have to say I felt pretty crappy through it. Not sure what caused me to feel this way, like I said I've used the wrist weights with other workouts and did fine. But still would like to know if you burn more calories or not? I don't have a heart monitor to know. Thanks, Lori
