Another Insanity question?

Hey ladies, I am really interested in buying Shaun T. Insanity. But am kinda on the fence because I'm not sure if I can do the intensity with all the jumping. I'm hoping its not like the floor cardio in Cathe's MIC workout which I just hate. I have done Barrys bootcamp 5 day academy workout which are just 20 minute spurts, but just really nervous that it will be too hard for me. I've been working out with Cathe since she began and have all her tapes and can do them all, but for some reason insanity SCARES me. Any input would be appreciated. Thank You, Lori

well, i'm not going to say its easy. this workout is meant to push EVERYONE to their limits no matter what fitness level they are at. if you are an experienced exerciser i say go for it. you can take as many rest breaks as you need during it. its meant to challenge you so its going to be intense. do you like intensity in your workouts? some people don't like going this extreme and thats ok. as far as cathe's MIC workout, i don't have it so i can't compare it. i'm sure others will comment.

not loving it but I want to try it!!

I'm not loving it, but I still do because I want to see how hard it really is:rolleyes:, I mean is hard but nothing you can't do.( I just started yesterday):p
If you can do Imax 2 and 3 and low max than you have what it takes to do this.
I just hate that the put the camera to a girl that look's like she is dieing she can't even breath, I want some one that inspired me not some one that can't even move.

When I'm doing Cathe's workout I say to my self, "if you want to look like them you have to work hard like them too" I get the inspiration from them.
That's what I like..;)
