I was viewing the dvd's for Insanity and noticed the DVD for Pure Cardio and Cardio ABs is really confusing it jumps from one section to another it doesnt seem right. Has anyone else noticed this or is it my DVD?
sounds like it may be your dvd. i don't recall mine jumping all around. mabe you got a faulty disc? do you have another dvd player you could try it on.
I did Pure cardio today and cardio Abs and my DVd played perfectly for both workouts. Maybe you should contact Beachbody or try playing the DVD on another DVD player.
