    undulated STS rotation

Thanks Cathy, I found your rotation but I don't mean to sound like a idiot but it's shows just 7 days and then what are you suppose to do? This is the first time I even looked up rotations in the workout manager, I didn't even know they were there. Thanks for any help! Lori

    ? starting STS over again

I totally agree with you. I did Meso 1 disc 1 yesterday and I was really sweating buckets and found it challenging but doable. I did notice I increased from the last time I did it. I'm not redoing the whole STS rotation though, I'm doing Cathe's June 09 rotation.

    Rotation using STS

Thanks Nicole, I saw June's and August only has the pylo legs in it. I'm thinking about doing June's but I'm afraid just doing the endurance that I will lose what definition I have achieved just completing STS. Does that make sense?

Insanity VS STS 3 Pylo legs

I know that pylo is not the same kind of workout as Insanity, I was just curious for those who struggled with pylo legs can do insanity. To me pylo is easy compared to insanity.

    STS MESO 3?

I have only 3 weeks left of STS 6 month rotation. I'm enjoying Meso 3 especially Pylo Legs. But even though I'm going as heavy as I can, I haven't had any DOMS. I notice I am alot stronger, I probably could go heavier with the chest presses if I had the power tower to rest the barbell on. It is...

Insanity VS STS 3 Pylo legs
