    Both are great series for sure. I like the Blizzard Blasts with ICE and I like the cardio results with RWH. Why not do a combo of both? In the ICE User Guide is a rotation that uses both ICE and RWH!

    I have done this too and found there's no problem at all to switch up the sequence. But I would recommend sticking with whatever plan you make so that each leg day is a week apart. Good luck and hope you have fun, ctvanram!

    When I was 52 I went to a podiatrist and she said to always wear a shoe with a back to it - no slip-on footwear, not even slip-on slippers. I took her advice and this has really helped me. I wear sneakers when walking any distance - even on the beach. I wear Keen or Merrell sandals for shorter...

    Couldn't agree more! Exactly what I feel. STS gives you a really great sense of accomplishment and is Cathe's best strength builder. But XTrain changes body composition! Good for you Penny! Great results from lots of great work! Well deserved. I think doing STS just prior to XTrain really helps...

    One positive I am finding with XTrain is that Cathe holds the stretches just a little longer than she typically does. Ahhhh! I so need those relaxing stretch segments!

    Good plan! Not only do you do tough tabata training with that one but Cathe also does a blast on the step after each tabata. She says the step work takes your heart rate down a little, but I find the step section not much reprieve!
