    Nathalie, Actually I would be doing in 1st week upper body once (done using the split workouts) and lower body once, then the 2nd week, with the circuits, upper and lower body just once. Unless the plyo helps fry those legs, ha!! ;) Denise

    Body Beast

    I just want to say that the 7 weeks I did off Body Beast has made me so much stronger. I am doing Pure Strength this week and I am noticing that I am going to have to up those weights. I am glad I got this set!
