Here are the premixes for HiiT Upper Body Circuit:

Premix #1: All Blast Premix
This premix includes only the blasts from the main workout. Warm up and a stretch are also included.

Premix #2: No Blast Premix
We’ve eliminated all of the blasts in the main workout with this premix. Warm up and a stretch are also included.

Premix #3 – Scrambled Rounds
We’ve mixed up all of the 8 rounds in this workout to challenge you in a different way.

Premix #4 – Timesaver #1 Premix
This timesaver workout includes 5 of the 8 rounds from the routine for when you’re short on time.

Premix #5 – Upper Body Mixed With Abs
We’ve added one or two ab exercises to each round in this premix.

Premix #6 – Upper Body Mixed With Abs ( No Blasts)
We’ve eliminated the Cardio Blasts, but have added one or two ab exercises to each round in this premix.

Premix #7 – Upper Body Mixed With Abs #1 ( No Blasts)
This premix includes the entire normal workout plus Bonus Abs #1. The stretch follows the Ab workout.

Premix #8 – Upper Body Mixed With Abs #2 ( No Blasts)
This premix includes the entire normal workout plus Bonus Abs #2. The stretch follows the Ab workout.
 
Loving all the updates. Thanks and can't wait to get my hands on these. Planning on doing them December/January, depending on when we get them. thanks Cathe and everyone else working on these.
 
As Justine alluded to, thank you for honoring so many of our requests to intersperse abs throughout the workout. I have a feeling those will be amongst my favorites of all these amazing premixes.
