I believe OnDemand allows you to stream all of cathe's workouts and she also films a live workout every week. If you want to stick to DVDs this would not be a good option. STS is a true strength training program. Three days a week ( you add in your own cardio in the other three days a week)...
I have done insanity and totally felt like I was missing the strength training. I think combining it with burn sets would be a great idea - only one body part a day would be perfect. You'll probably be too spent to do much else.
Ok that is really helpful. I will do just one day per week of total body heavy lifting until I pick STS back up. I have both the STS total body dvd and muscle max. I love both those workouts. Any other dvd suggestions?
I am kind of wondering too. I'm in meso 3 and will be done soon. I have loved STS. I will definitely be repeating the program but I want to take a couple months off.
I would absolutely love this!!! I am doing STS now with HIIT style cardios for my cardio days. This would be similar! I would love it!!!! Heavy lifting and HIIT style cardio is my favorite combination.
I agree. So frustrating! I found a good weighted vest and gloves on amazon, but I can not find a tower anywhere. I am starting sts and I would really like one. Cathe please bring them back!!!
