    The 101's are great! They use only one prop per workout (weights, step, or ball) and are 30 minutes in length. There is no warm-up/cool-down. She jumps right in and they pack a punch.

    I have implants under the muscle and have no issues doing any chest work. I got my implants 4 years ago. I do loads of pushups without any distortion. I don't train my chest super heavy with weights (no more then 25lbs). I say pushup away.
